After your cleaning solution has taken shape use a mop scrub brush sponge or resilient washcloth to apply it and give the pool liner a thorough scrubbing.
To prevent pool stains from developing on your pool liner in the future always keep pool water balanced by checking the chemicals and using a pool cleaner on a regular basis to get rid of dirt and grime that tends to build up with regular use.
You can clean any spots on the liner while the pool is full by applying the cleaner above the water line.
Preventing future vinyl pool liner stains.
Use a mop to clean the liner.

Start with the sides of the pool taking care to scrub in broad vertical motions.
Then proceed to clean the surface.
Run the filter pump for at least 8 hours a day.
Let the cleaner dry on the liner so it can remove the stains.
To ensure that your pool stays clean make sure that the filter pump runs for at least 8 hours a day.
The water line in your above ground pool may also need a good wipe down while cleaning.
As long as the pool end is higher than the discharge end your siphon should start immediately.
For the best results run the pump during the day.
